Research Interview Terms & Conditions

Terms of participation

  • An individual shall be deemed a “Participant” where they have been invited to undertake the interview by Moneybarn.
  • By taking part in the interview, the Participant grants Moneybarn a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, broadcast and/or display the material produced for its internal business purposes.
  • To be eligible for the Amazon Gift Card, Participants must have completed the full interview.
  • The Amazon Gift Card shall be issued to the Participant by email within ten (10) working days of the date of completion of the interview.
  • Where a chosen Participant has failed to take part in the interview within three (3) days of being invited, Moneybarn reserves the right to rescind the invitation and offer it to another Participant in its sole discretion and the original Participant shall cease to be eligible for the Amazon Gift Card.
  • Use of the Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon’s Terms and Conditions which can be found here: Amazon.co.uk Gift Card and Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
  • There is no cash alternative.
  • The Amazon Gift Card is non-transferable or non-exchangeable.
  • By undertaking the interview, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom.
  • Moneybarn will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and its privacy policy, which can be found here: Privacy Policy – Moneybarn
  • This research is operated by Moneybarn No.1 Limited (“Moneybarn”), incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 04496573 whose registered office is at Athena House, Bedford Road, Petersfield, United Kingdom, GU32 3LJ. 
  • The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions. 
  • Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
